STEP 8: Review Photo Submission Instructions​​
Your photo is needed to draw you as your Internal Hero!
Please read the instructions below carefully.

1) After your payment/checkout process is complete you will receive a unique PAYPAL TRANSACTION ID NUMBER from PAYPAL. Save this number.

2) Pick photo(s) of yourself that will be used as drawing references. Please submit photos with yourself alone in them.

If more than one person is present in the photo(s) Please crop the photo so that only your face is showing. Submit cropped copy. Full color JPeg or PDF files only.

For best results send both a portrait and a profile picture.

Please note that the quality of artwork produced is directly dependent upon the quality and resolution of the photo(s) submitted.


​3) Draft your E-Mail.
Type your name in the e-mail subject line.​ Type last name, first name, and middle initial.

In the body of your e-mail type your name and type or cut/paste the Unique Paypal Tansaction Number of your order's payment.
Example:

5S807043KS1013115 Rogers, Pamila R.

​It is very important that this is how your e-mail title/subject and body text is typed when you send your photo(s).
​
PLEASE NOTE: E-mails not matching this format that do not include their unique PAYPAL TRANSACTION ID NUMBER will be considered SPAM and will be deleted without being read.​


4) Attach your photo(s) and send to :

Be sure to use an e-mail address that will stay active. Your finished artwork will be delivered as a direct reply to the photo submission e-mail you send.

When art orders are completed all submitted reference photos are deleted.
