Paravidual abilities: Possessing no extraordinary abilities beyond those of regular people The Green Giggler holds an impressive reputation in the criminal/villain world. Gregory G. Giglesby was a former engineer and weapons designer for private industry manufacturers. Knowing Gregory was holding back his most breakthrough , revolutionary, and advanced ideas from the company he was contracted to design for the governing board hired a mercenary by the name of Tigerstryfe ™ to dispose of Gregory permanently. The governing board suspected Gregory of holding back his most advanced weapons concepts to sell under the table to their competitors. Should Tigerstrife ™ succeed at his mission the governing board would simply steal the ideas and technical specifications for themselves. However ,neither the governing board nor Tigerstrife realized the true reason as to why Gregory held back his best weaponry designs, he was in fact the infamous bounty hunter The Green Giggler. After a seemingly endless battle between cat cunning and technological weaponry both villains decided their conflict was fruitless. The Green Giggler and Tigerstrife struck a bargain, Tigerstrife would ‘deliver’ Gregory’s (unconscious) body while clothed in the Green Giggler’s costume. Tigerstrife would demand a much larger payment for the hazard and difficulty of the job- disposing of the infamous Green Giggler. The governing board agreed to the sum of ten million to compensate Tigerstrife ™ for his supposed efforts, and delivered it, in cash, moments later. Once the governing board delivered the payment, Tigerstrife and the Green Giggler disposed of them all- protecting the identity of the Green Giggler to ongoing secrecy. Splitting the millions 50/50 the Green Giggler and Tigerstrife made an ‘honor pact’ among mercenaries: Tigerstrife would keep the Green Giggler’s identity a secret , and the Green Giggler would never mention- to anyone, that Tigerstrife was not able to defeat him.
