Description
Neovidual Powers/ abilities: Arrival has the neovidual ability to teleport by way of creating oval rifts through physical space on a global scale. It is unknown whether or not she is capable of creating interplanetary teleport rifts but she may be capable of that scale. Arrival must visualize the approximate location before the teleport rifts are made and carries maps in portable electronic devices to do this. It is suspected that she is partners in crime with the bounty hunter Tigerstrife. It is unknown whether the suspected arrangement is by agreement or under duress.
